Follow these simple steps to ensure your cricket bat arrives safely for repair or refurbishment.

1. Book First

All cricket bat repairs must be booked and paid for in advance through our Book a Repair page.

Not sure which service to choose?
Email clear photos of your bat to neweracricketco@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to advise on the best repair or restoration service.

2. Send Your Bat by Courier

We recommend using a parcel comparison site (e.g. Parcel2Go) to find the best courier rates and drop-off points. Royal Mail and local post offices are also fine.

Please note:

• We do not collect from secure locations or parcel shops.
• All bats are returned via courier once the repair process is complete.
  

3. Packaging Tips

To help protect your bat during delivery:

• Wrap securely with bubble wrap, cardboard, or thick padding (e.g. a towel).
• Bat sleeves or cases are fine but will not be returned.
• Clearly include your name and order number inside the package.
